Before I begin, I like to show you the major reason to why most people fail to ever achieve their fitness goal.

By ignoring this initial aim, it is generally that you will never get the fitness results that you’re looking for. This explains why so many individuals struggle and teeter back and forth with their fitness for years and years of frustration. 

The major cause for failure to accomplish their fitness goal in most individuals is the universal procrastination, laziness, and poor mind-set about what they BELIEVE they can truly attain.

With that said, here are some tips to lose all the weight you desire.

Nutrition:
Here is one simple secret to losing weight... try to acquire the majority of your carbohydrates from vegetables and fruits, and limit grain-based Carbohydrates as much as possible. The truth is, even though whole grains are better than Refined grains, grain-based carbohydrates are typically much more calorie dense per unit volume compared to vegetables and fruits.

Here’s one easy example of how you can do this for a typical spaghetti meal… Instead of having spaghetti with meat-sauce, have a mixture of sautéed vegetables with the sauce and meat by substituting more vegetables in place of the spaghetti.
Avoid consuming foods that are high in calories, salt, sugar, fat, and cholesterol. 

Here is a list of foods that should comprise the majority of your diet in order to promote a lean healthy body for life:
Any and all vegetables, fruits, and nuts, healthy white and red meats,wild fish, dairy,whole eggs (including the yolks where almost ALL of the nutrition is located), whole unrefined grains, legumes (peas, beans, peanuts), whole grain or sprouted grain bread,high fiber cereals,Sweet potato or whole potato, seeds, nut butters (peanut, almond, cashew butters, etc),extra virgin olive oil. And of course, water.  A good rule of thumb on how much water you should drink is to drink half your body weight in ounces.

Exercises:
For Cardio you can try jogging,walking,cycling,stair climbing, jump rope, or exercise to music.

Remember, a combination of exercise and nutrition is the best way to lose weight. Dieting alone can cause the body to believe it is being starved. In response, it tries to conserve its fat reserves by slowing down its metabolic rate and, as a result, it loses fat at a slower rate.

Don&#039;t think because you&#039;re young that this isn&#039;t a solution!
Research an experienced PT who provides Mobile Personal Training.
This way, you wont risk injury on the sports field; and you wont feel self-conscious in a gym.  = )</description>

Anyway, you have to understand first of all that there are no short cuts. this is going to take time and you have to look at it as a lifestyle and not a diet.

I think you could start by walking on a treadmill or normal walk. start slow the first few weeks, then go faster nice and slow week by week so you can build up your aerobic strength. 
do the same with weights. 

One thing I&#039;d suggest to you is to go vegetarian (but keep drinking milk, eggs). Eat lots of veggies, fruits and bread. this will help you keep calories down along with saturated fat. Anyway, good luck and don&#039;t get discouraged! because it will take months for you to see results and don&#039;t use any pills!!! do it natural.</description>

it works.
the only thing she has to watch for is giving in.
as soon as she breaks her fast and scarves down a whole turkey or chocolate ice cream..shes in for a real surprise. she will get very very hungery over time and give in. be careful if thats what shes gonna do. 
she will have to slowly come out of it.
otherwise her body will immediatly react to the foods. say if she didnt eat for two days and then all of a sudden eats a choclate her body will go &#039;oooohh foooood!&#039; and because her body is not used to having any food , the body will hold on to it because it does not know when the next time it will get food again....and we all know what happens when your body holds onto chocolate. and bad foods ,,,,that is how you gain weight..most of the time.</description>

Feed it mostly Protein n it will still want Fats n Carbs. If you dont give them to it, then it will eat its own (Stored Body Fat).

Simple.

and then theres Cardio or even weight training.
If you dont have or dont want a Gym Membership, then just do this 20mins Cardio Workout.
It can be done, running, cycling, walking, however you want.

It only takes 20mins, do this 3-4times a week, more if you are really keen.

On the left is the Duration (Minute 1-20) and on the right is the intensity. (% of your maximum effort) eg 50 = 50% of your maximum effort in whatever you are training.

so a 26yr old has to keep his or her Heart Rate in between 126 n 136 to be in the Fat Burning Zone.

This form of Cardio has to be done long n slow. So 45mins would be the prefect time amount, 3-4 times a week

Also drink lots of water. Also try to avoid greasy fat food, substitute your diet with more salads and thigns with lots of nutrients, when you have eggs, take out the yellow part, that has the cholesterol, and maybe try soyjoy, eat those instead of chips or something, itschaep, healthy and it gives great energy, For me it works really goos, i eat it before I go to the gym and its great.
